| Welcome and thank you for your interest in “The GTO Band” and of course keeping what most would argue as the best music of all time…alive. The group is comprised of 6 different personalities and 6 different interests in music. The backgrounds vary from Gospel / Opera, Jazz to Modern Rock, Classical and finally Classic Rock 'n Roll. Much of the group has studied and majored in music at various Universities and Colleges. The Best of the 50's, 60's, 70's and beyond encompasses much of everyone's musical interest. Well…“The GTO Band” has been travelling, performing and show casing for more than 17 years now. The group has been interviewed and articled by several different publications, and one of the articles described the group as… Atlantic Canada’s Premier Rock ‘n Roll band. This accolade has inspired us to where we are today… The group is primarily an Atlantic Canadian band, we Play and Perform throughout Eastern Canada. We would however, consider venues in both the U.S. and Western Canada. The group has been privileged to have performed for, (in no particular order), Arenas, Coliseums,Festivals, Casinos, TV, Weddings, Rally's, Municipalities, Rodeos, Conferences, Private and Corporate events. We have performed both indoor and outdoor……Rock ‘n Roll has no boundaries.
